Major Event 2: Osama Bin Laden, the man allegedly responsible for the 9/11 terror attacks, was killed by a SEAL 6 team on May 2 during a raid in the Pakistani compound where he lived. The effort took 4 years to plan after the CIA gained the name of one of Bin Laden’s couriers. It took 40 minutes for the raid to be completed.
