A very powerful earthquake hit the Indonesian town, Java, and killed 44 people. The earthquake also injured more than 300, and ruined the town. Many houses were buried in landslides, and buildings were crushed under the rock and debri. Most towns in a 100km radius were affected, especially towns like Cianjur and Jakarta, the capital.
