31 окт 1925 г. - After almost 6 months in the office, Gabriel Narutowicz is assasinated by a polish nationalist (supposedly from the "Stronnictwo Narodowe" party) in an art gallery in Warsaw. The assasinator is sentenced to death.

The assasinator's last words were: "I am dying for Poland that is being ruined by Piłsudski's inside-men"
