Roe v. Wade was a Supreme Court case involving the legalization of abortion. Norma McCorvey (Roe) sued Henry Wade over a law Texas had passed stating abortion was illegal. The Supreme Court came to the conclusion that abortion was legal and could not let them deny the right under the 14th amendment. This decision is still talked about today.
