Mr. O Hamza contacted CBI about a 'chance meeting' that he had with Shanann in March or April 2018 at Mt. Fuji, 14643 Orchard Parkway, Westminster, CO. Mt. Fuji is a hibachi style restaurant and Mr. Hamza & his wife happened to sit at a table with Shanann & an unidentified female friend.

Durning the evening, Shanann realized that Mr. Hamza was an attorney, and she began asking him questions about divorce & child custody laws in CO. Specifically in regard to financial & moving out of state with the children.
