On February 12, 2015, Heard's attorney wrote another "cease-and-desist" letter to Nicola Six demanding that Nicola Six stop showing the Producer's Cut to third parties "including film festivals" because it contained "unauthorized" nude and simulated sex scenes. Contrary to her
claim, the Producer's Cut had not been shown to any film festivals. The February 12 letter also
stated that "Ms. Heard has only seen and approved Mathew Cullen's version of the Picture." However, the Director's Cut, to Nicola Six's knowledge, contained the same nude and/or simulated sex scenes as the Producer's Cut. Thus, her claim that the Producer's Cut contained "unauthorized" nude and simulated sex scenes was without basis.
