This affected the standards of manufacturing and illustrates the changes in Japanese societal values. During this time, the Japanese labor party wanted to continue to become more incorporated into Japanese ompanies to focus on the quality of life and the safety of it's people, including within the Japanese auto industry. THis enabled a stright path and for union policies to become inorporated into the manufacturing process of creation.
