Тхе WS back-end msi is not updated on BRANCH environment.

The WS service is not installed on Branch since this is not mainstream ...
As for ensuring that we have the latest we assume that whatever is placed in the Release folder (Latest for testing up to rel branching for release) is what is expected to be released ....
