Ravin challenged a law in Alaska on marijuana about the personal possession. State ruled that individuals may possess in home small amounts. Right to privacy in Alaska encompasses an individuals right to grow, possess and use marijuana for they're own personal use. Selling or distributing though is still illegal in accordance with federal law.
