...there were two lunar eclipses, correctly described by Ptolemy, the first one dated 28 Epiphi year 20 of Darius I and the second one 3 Tybi year 31 (Almagest IV: 9.11). They are respectively dated by astronomy on November 19, 502 BCE and on April 25, 491 BCE which confirms an accession in 522 BCE.
