The wretched cycle is discovered on Level 2 by The Survivors around the time Austin joins the group. Austin kills it by stabbing through a hole on its body. M.E.G. Team Postal Delivery and M.E.G. Team Wild Warriors arrive on the scene and give them enough supplies to last 5 months. Since this event, Austin became the leader of The Survivors.
