Because Poindexter's letter from Dec. 4th was not clear. They waited to get further clarification before accepting his resignation. That happened on this day. It was accepted with regret.

Kelley moved to president and Tandy moved to treasurer.

At the same meeting a constitution and by-laws committee was appointed: Callis, Morton, Murray, Graves and E. K. Jones
