Billy appears to aspire to the music industry although nothing other than references to him via Johnny can be found. Billy’s name does appear in texts that came to light in the court documents - such as in April 2015: ’ Billy at 80 since yesterday. 12 people on Monday til 4am. 20 people last night … 12 arriving after 2am til 5am’
