25 дек 1969 г. - Stolen Generation 1970 The Stolen generation were children taken away from their families during the Aborigines Protection Act. The cause of this was because of the government abusing their power. They wanted more power over the lives of the aboriginal families and thought it was better if those aboriginal children were to grow up in a white society, with white parents, with their religion, culture and language. This had a huge negative impact on their lives and loss of culture and religion
