Roger taney (supreme court Jury) Scott couldnt be a citizen because he was BLACK
Taney states "the framers (founding fathers) inferiourity of Blacks and so they could not be citizens"
1865 thirteenth amendment ended slavery
fourteenth amendment extended to birthright
