DENVER, Col., Dec. 4. — With the idea of discrediting the testimony given by John D. Rockefeller, Jr., before the Congressional Committee which investigated the Colorado coal strike, the leaders of the United Mine Workers of America today presented to the Federal Commission on Industrial Relations copies of a telegram sent by Mr. Rockefeller telling officials of the Colorado Fuel and Iron Company how the operators should reply to Representative Foster of the Congressional Committee.
