Dominic wants to make some money to put towards running away with his brother and Erika so he decides to sell his father’s guitar, which he always remembered Andrew’s band mates saying was worth a lot of money.

He asks Erika to help him, she fights the whole way, begging with him not to do it; she knows what it means to him. Get to the pawn shop and the guy offers Dominic fifty pounds. Erika tells him no, rips the guitar off of him and run.

Dominic catches up with her; he’s angry but she explains it’s not worth it. That she can make them more money. He asks how and she says she has ways. Dominic senses what that means and tells her no. That they’ll find another way. A way that won’t hurt either of them.
