24th July, 2006 – Anna sits the entrance exam for HSA.

11th August, 2006 – Results return and Anna has passed. She gains a partial scholarship with Young Excellence: a charity that fund scholarships for intelligent and high achieving children, especially ones who have lost parents and are orphaned, come from a low income family and live in care homes. The other half is paid by the school via an arrange Jenny made with Ms Oldbridge.

Jenny also enrols Fifi in the local primary school, Ilfracombe CoE Junior School.
