Описание:

- Added /r and /reply
- sleepys antiredstone clock plugin/config
- turned on carpet duping -- TNT duping is still not enabled and won't be
- fixed tps command to use the right version
- enabled pearl stasis

you can expect our Party Chat plugin to be added soon as well. also got a lot of stuff done to improve my ability to manage the server so lots of improvements today. lmk if u guys run into any problems with the new updates
