Niels Bohr was a Danish physicist and the founder of the Planetary Atomic Model. He proposed the idea of quantizing the atomic structure. Bohr predicted that electrons stably orbited around the positively-charged nucleus in a fixed pathway. With his mathematic equations, Bohr was able to calculate the energy levels of hydrogen. However, this was the only element that his equation successfully proved his model.
