The Russian SFSR and associated republics fuse into one polity following effective total victory in the Civil War over the Whites. The Soviet Union is the largest state on earth, but one with a rather uncertain immediate political future in light of Lenin's declining and an incredibly backwards economy still reeling from the devastation of the near to a decade of conflict thats engulfed Russia. The formalization of the multiple parallel political structures into a singular entity will be informative in the history of the left moving forward, which largely saw centralization, vanguardism, and a sort of Lassallian state control as the primary models following the Soviet success.
