in this election, the result ended up being 37% to the NSDAP party (nazi party) which meant that they had won as they were the largest party in the Reichstag. and with this Hilter thought that he would get the role of chancellor which he should have done as the chancellor was normally a person high up in the political group that had the most vote so Hilter right demanded the role of chancellorship but it was quickly turned down by Hindenburg as Hindenburg didn't trust Hilter as he should that he could not be controlled
