Mike Schmidt is implied to be William Afton's oldest son Michael Afton, he possibly came to work at this establishment to undo the harm his father did and set the souls of the MCIVictims free. Mike is eventually fired for bad odor, unprofessionalism, and tampering with animatronics.

Some say the odor comes from Michael because he got scooped and is technically a walking corpse.
