Formed by the SHSR, DHSR, and the HHSR.
The prolonged Red Revolution and the outbreak of the Great Oipientian Depression heavily affected the economic and social aspects in the UHSR. The outbreak of the Fourth Hells War presented a massive opportunity for the Saurian Union as to provide military weapons and support for Oipienta against the Larifien states. However, starvation was rampant across all of the UHSR, especially in the Dapranian HSR.
