After the fall of the western Imaskar Empire, the eastern provinces of Khati and Katakoro survive. The artificer Kujawa takes Dhonas's Shroud, one of the seven False Imaskarcana, and names himself Emperor of Anok-Imaskar.

This event marks the beginning of the First Age of Shou Lung.
