Following seventeen years of continual skirmishing and conflict between the powers of Serôs in the Sixth Serôs War, and the sahuagin taking advantage of the chaos to make a comeback at the Pillars of the Trident, the Dukar Orders of Jhimari and Numos attempt to re-establish peace and order by founding their own kingdom at Myth Nantar, known as Nantarum. This triggers the Second Dukars' War.
