After an attempt on Steve Roger's life as well, him and black widow go on the run. While on the run, they infiltrate the SHIELD bunker in Camp Lehigh.

They both find Zola's conscious in the computer system, and they learn what HYDRA has been doing for the past 70 years.

Steve Rogers learns the Winter Soldier is actually his long lost best friend, who he thought was dead, "Bucky" Barnes.

After learning HYDRA has been building inside SHIELD, Captain America and Black Widow decide to take down HYDRA, they must also take down SHIELD.
