9 ноя 1970 г. - The Supreme Court and Massachusetts
Описание:
The U.S. Supreme Court voted 6-3 to not hear a case regarding the constitutionality of a state law Massachusetts proposed. The law, in question, was with Massachusetts giving its citizens rights to refuse military service in an undeclared war. The war in Vietnam was in full swing, and many young and liberal places, like Massachusetts, didn't want their young men to have to serve in a war they didn't want to serve in.
