Representatives of the Levites stood before the congregation of Israel in Jerusalem and made confession of Yahweh's blessings and the nations evil response. Nehemiah 9

They reaffirm their commitment, or 'seal' to the Covenant (v38) that they "walk in Gods law" and that they don't intermarry with the people of the land (v30)
