Completion of a set number of hours of work in and for the community. Used alone or in conjunction with probation or ISP. An example of offense that would qualify for community service would be some property crimes such as tagging and vandalism. Offenders of these crimes may be ordered to clean up building with spray paint, pick up trash or the side of the road.
