This 282/292 page dismissal filing by Amber Heard was the first time her accusations officially extended beyond the two incidents listed in the TRO Application i.e. Incident 13: The 30th Birthday Party 22 April 2016 and Incident 14: 21 May 2016. At this point the UK case was only discussing those two incidents.

It is acknowledged that the media had been receiving tips and leaks so had speculated about other incidents such as The Australia Finger Incident, the Boston Flight and the Kitchen Cabinet Video - but none were official accusations via the court. [It is possible that these additional incidents were placed on court record under seal during the divorce - however due to the changing nature of the accusations this is unlikely].

The document also contained exhibits that were made public for the first time including texts, photos and Amber Heard’s 2016 Divorce Deposition video.
