The transition management workshop held in Sariska was used to identify the changes needed to move WWF India from its current position to where it needed to be in order to fully implement its strategy. Difficult decisions were made about organisation structure, culture, and management process. The outcome was a sense of direction based around what WWF India referred to as "pillars of change".
