23 ч 54 мин, 21 март 1918 г. - Germany begins its final offensive of the war. The Spring Offensives of 1918 were Germany’s last chance to defeat the allied forces, and thereby win. Their losses by the middle of summer left the German army weak, demoralized and facing its own defeat soon. This offensive lost for many reasons many revolving around incomitance and lack of both manpower and tanks. In addition it is often said that General Ludendorff squandered his best chance at victory by missing British logistical vulnerabilities
