Amber Heard attended the 2013 Vanity Fair Oscar party at Sunset Tower on February 24, 2013 in West Hollywood, California.

Amber took her sister Whitney H as her guest.

Johnny Depp did not attend.

Not being A List with a priority press it appears Amber Heard and her sister had to wait in line behind the barrier prior to admission. It also appears to be a chilly night by LA standards.
