He worked as the head of the Central Agency of Intelligence and was the leading man who deposed Tothek. After Tothek was deposed, a national referendum took place that regarded who shall be the new Ṡĩvgalè of Oipienta. With 74.2% of the vote, Ssa'iivachoi was chosen to become the new Tsĩvgalè of Oipienta. The Council of Lords approved his nomination on August 9, 1907.
