During Summer Science Academy, 20—, artist Michael Toombs worked with 30 high school students to create a photo mural of science, math and technology students, mentors and instructors in our K-12 Initiative program. The mural project served as the Cultural Art component of the project. With each component of the K-12 Initiative, there is always an artistic expression component. The Science Mural was a requested project from Science, Math and Technology department of KCKCC.
