A desert empire is invaded by northern Eyalans. During the raid, the body of the deceased alien Yano is destroyed and the elemental crystal inside of it is broken, releasing an infectious disease that killed off the majority of Eyalans, leaving the survivors with a chance to obtain the power to wield one of many elements.
