In the waters off the coast of the land known to the outside world as Japan an underwater earthquake caused a huge tsunami that hit the west coast of Arcanó. All of the port city of Oceana was destroyed and it would take 50 years to fully rebuild. Lunarium saw the tsunami in visions but are still bitter about the Luto War so they didn't warn Agaea. The Agaeans did not fully recover from the event.
