The Contributor role has been out for a few months now, but we've heard that clients would be more likely to use it if it could easily be assigned to everyone. To help with this, we've added a third option in the list of default permissions that can be assigned to everyone on a blog. Now, blogs have three options: everyone can blog, only those specified can blog, or everyone can blog but posts need approval.
