We know that not all clients are able to provide email addresses for their employees upfront, so we’ve enhanced Scheduled Recognition to make sure unregistered users can receive awards too.
Here’s what clients can expect:

-Scheduled recognition will go out to unregistered users, based on the timezone of the programme they belong to (as we will not have a timezone logged in their account yet)
-They will not receive an email, as we will not have their email address on file
-They will be notified of their award through an onsite alert they will see on their first login
-All awards will be autoclaimed, and any monetary values will be available in the users’ R&R balance on their first login
