There is no date of composition, so I just picked one. Below I will highlight the Mass Proper aspects of this Mass and how they specifically correspond to the birth of Jesus Christ.

Introit: Announces birth of a child who shall rule from Isaiah 9:6. It then continues with a celebratory psalm verse.

Gradual: Uses psalm verses that declare the revelation of salvation to all peoples.

Alleluia: Hails this sanctified day when a great light descended to earth.

Offertory: Sets psalm verses acknowledging God’s dominion over heaven and earth.

Communion: Returns to the opening of the Gradual.
