Began in September 1814 (1814-15). After the first fall of Napoleon, the Great Powers (Russia, Great Britain, Prussia, and Austria) called representatives of other Europeans states to the capital of Austria, Vienna in order to reorganize Europe into new order, focusing on issues like territory, German Jews, the reinstating of the Monarchy in France, slavery, the replacing of Holy Roman Empire with a German confederation, etc.
