Two men appeared to be fighting each other before officers arrived. The men were seen inside a Smith's store brandishing the knives before taking the fight outside on the sidewalk. Police shot and killed Andrew Preece. The other man involved in the fight was questioned by police but is not believed to a suspect at this time.
