Police responded to a report of a suspicious parked car around 1 p.m. Police arrived to find a person, Gary Brown, in the back seat of the vehicle. He climbed into the front seat and attempted to drive away, allegedly striking a deputy with his car. A second deputy reportedly shot and killed Brown.
