Around 9:30 p.m., Oak Ridge police responded to a request by an individual in need of assistance. When they arrived, they found Fred John Henry Arcera, who reportedly was armed with two knives. During the interaction with the officers, Arcera allegedly came at them with the weapons, and the officers shot and killed him.
