Around 11 a.m., police responded regarding two people who had been stabbed. They found a man and a woman both suffering from minor-to-moderate stab wounds. Officers learned the man had carjacked a vehicle but got involved in a hit-and-run car accident. Officers caught up with him. He allegedly confronted the officers who shot and killed him.
