Around 1:30 a.m. officers responded to Waukesha Memorial Hospital for a report of a man with a gun in the parking lot. Initial reports were that the man was at the Emergency Room for treatment. Police ordered him to drop the gun, but he allegedly pointed the gun at officers who shot and killed him.
