Immediately after the founding of the Rim Empire, the Emperor of this small island, Genius Khan I, would look outwards for land to expand and live on. This would point him in the obvious direction of the SFCS. Despite the SFCS being hundreds, if not thousands, of times the size of the Emperors island, he would demand the entire northwestern coast of the SFCS. The central government of the SFCS in Warped Creations was around half an hour away from the border of these demands, and so the ruler of the SFCS gave in to these demands.
