A vote was held virtually regarding the situation of the former seventh graders and the current members.

According to the Exclusion Act 1, it states that only eighth graders are allowed to join the Covenant and no seventh graders are allowed in. In the Constitution of the Covenant, it states that seventh graders are also not allowed by any means.

However, due to the class of 2021 now being eighth graders, they are all legally allowed to join the Covenant.

The vote was based on this issue.

With all 12 Members voting for the change of the laws, the vote was passed. With the victory of the vote, the Thirteenth Directive would be amended and the Exclusion Act II would be written up and signed.
