For years women were told that they were to emotional, that they couldn’t understand politics and that they should just stay home. Although men thought this woman disagreed. Protest after protest women marched around the streets of Australia petitioning for their right to vote. It took a year, but they did it. They got their right to vote and were one of the first countries to allow women to vote.
